Dr. Tsong was born
in Taichung in 1934. He received a B.S. degree in Physics from National Taiwan
University and Ph.D. in Physics from Pennsylvania University. He is currently a
distinguished research fellow and a Director of the Institute of Physics, at
Academia Sinica
