David Landsborough IV 蘭大弼

Dr. Landsborough IV was born in Changhua, in 1914. He received his medical education and M.D. from England, London University. He was a doctor in London Hospital, Huei-Shi Hospital in Chuanzou, Fujien, and later became president of Changhua Christian Hospital.

Special Achievement

Dr. Landsborough IV has followed the path of his father Dr. Landsborough III, founder of Changhua Christian Hospital. Dr. Landsborough IV and his wife Jean devoted their services for the welfare of the poor and underprivileged just as Dr. and Mrs. Lansborough III did. On many occasions, the Landsboroughs donated their blood and skin to their patients. The story has been widely circulated and has earned the hearts of many Taiwanese people. Their excellent medical practice, compassion, and dedication are to be remembered.
